In fact it matters so much that we created our own specific Water Mineral Blend. On our journey to reclaim coffee flavor we wanted a brewing water that could help us showcase the unique terroir and varieties that our parter producers represent. Both steps starts with a a solid one minute of shaking the bottle of minerals. After that you either use 1g of minerals per 1L of brewing water or you can drop in 1-2 drops of the minerals directly in the brewed cup of coffee.  \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eFor the best result we recommend using a low ppm water (10-30 ppm) as a base for your minerals.
